2 Types of caricature Order Forms Depending on whether you are purchasing 1-9 caricatures or 10 or more you will be filling out different order forms. The two different forms are explained below: Non–bulk/Corporate caricature order form (caricature order containing 1-9 caricatures): This order form is for anyone wanting to purchase a caricature for a retiree, birthday, anniversary, gift or any other event or party that you may be having for someone to celebrate and show your appreciation for that person. This is the order form you would fill out if you are having a caricature drawn for a corporate event at work, a friends wedding or a family portrait. Bulk/School caricature order form (caricature order containing 10 or more caricatures): This order form must be filled out by anyone having their caricature drawn within a group of orders, such as for a School, Fundraiser, Sports Team or Entire Corporate Office. The only criteria for using this form is that you must have 10 or more caricatures drawn for you or your group.
