The Jarvart Fundraiser Option Jarvart has created a fundraising option through it's caricature drawing that can help your school or organization raise money. This is our favorite way to do business because through fundraisers we are helping your organization raise money while keeping our business alive and well. We love the fundraiser option and encourage you to take part in it when making your next caricature order. The fundraiser option works best for bulk orders and is most often used by Schools wanting to raise money for their students. It's as simple as mentioning to Jarvart that you are interested in the fundraiser option when placing your order. Jarvart will then send you the fundraiser forms or you can download them here, and we will send you all of the information and directions needed for you to complete your order. Read more detail about the fundraising option, below: There are 4 levels of fundraising. In the order forms that are sent to you we offer 4 separate options of participation in the fundraiser. The flat caricature cost is $20. Any amount donated over and above the $20 is given to your organization. The 4 separate options are as follows: 1. To purchase only the caricature at $20 and give no amount towards the fundraiser, or... 2. To pay $25 with $5 towards the fundraiser, or... 3. To pay $30 with $10 towards the fundraiser, or... 4. The forth option allows the person to give their own desired amount towards their school or organization. SEND US THE ORDER FORMS After the caricature order forms are completed and returned, have your contact person send the finished order forms to: JARVART 3552 Ashridge Street Columbus, OH 43219 A CHARITABLE CHECK TO YOU After Jarvart has received all of the caricature orders from your school and has calculated the charitable amounts we will write your school a check for the total charitable amount. You will receive this check with the completed caricature order. With the charitable amount check you will receive a detailed receipt, which will itemize each individual caricature purchase, this receipt will include: 1. Amount donated by each person 2. Free caricatures (if any) 3. Additional charitable amounts and 4. Total charitable donation collected THE EXCEPTIONAL STUDENT PROMOTION(For Schools, Students Only) In addition to the charitable amount each classroom will also be granted one free caricature for an exceptional student who will be chosen by the teacher of that class. It is the teacher's decision to choose the exceptional student based on their own criteria. If the teacher chooses not to participate in the exceptional student free caricature promotion the $20 will be added to the charitable amount balance and will be given to the school. SCHEDULE ME TODAY! All you have to do is schedule a completion date for your caricature order with Jarvart by calling 800·931·JARV (5278). Then Jarvart will send you as many packets and/or order forms as you need to accommodate the size of your order.
